Energy Balancing
Simply put, energy balancing is the process of clearing any imbalances that keep us from being who we are at our core, and letting our inner light shine through. Our bodies yearn to be in a state of balance and health, I can help to achieve this by tuning into your specific needs and following the guide of your subconscious mind. These imbalances can be brought about by fears, limiting beliefs, trapped emotions, traumas or any dysregulation in your system, and can result in physical and emotional distress and even illness and dis-ease. The goal of Shining Light is to help bring balance back to the body on all levels, body, mind and spirit to allow the natural healing process to awaken within.

How does Energy Balancing Work?
Energy
Everything that exists is made from energy. That includes all that is physical but also that which is intangible i.e. thoughts, emotions, etc. Everything is made from the same source of universal energy. It is because of this that we are all connected on some level. Using my intuition and studied techniques, I am able to tap into this universal energy. Through this practice I am able to connect with your subconscious mind.

I source out where the energy is stagnating or needs to be balanced. Using my power of intention, I am able to help begin clearing these blockages and restoring balance.
Healing
I am not a healer, merely a conduit, as all the healing comes from the divine through me. Your body and soul yearns to be back in its complete and whole state and I merely assist in helping to bring your body back into a state of balance. When the energy is flowing as it should, your body is then able to repair and heal itself. These shifts are often profound, leading to healing on many levels of mind, body and spirit.
